Today we reviewed and took a quiz for Ch. 2. We also presented our Utah WPA Posters. We then had a binder check to verify that you are prepared for class and organized. The last part of class we started Ch. 3, and learned a bit about Utah's Native Americans. We'll continue that next time as well!

Alright! You all survived the first day of class! Woot! Today, we went over class rules, what the class is about, etc., and received a disclosure document. Please review it, and then sign it and have your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign it as well. There will be points given for this assignment, and it is due next time. See below: We discussed location, we also looked at how the world organizes locations. One fun way to see locations is via geocaches. We went and found one in class, and also learned a bit about our public lands. You were given the assignment to go and find a geocache yourself! See the following link for where those public lands are nearby, so that you can go and enjoy them too, via geocaching, hiking, camping, etc. Utah Public Lands HW Geocache / Public Lands Assignment: Due D4/ Day 4 of class Disclosure Signed: D2 / Day 2 (next time)
